Albany: Weed, Parsons & Company, printers, 1876. 8vo (22 cm, 8.5"). 54 pp.
Devereux and Andersen's report on hospitals for the sick and insane in New York state occupies the first eight pages and Wilbur's highly important account of "the management of the insane in Great Britain" fills pages 11 to the end.
The three authors '[t]ransmitted [their reports] to the legislature January 14, 1876.' A slip tipped to the title-page, 'With the compliments of Dr. H. B. Wilbur.'
Removed from a nonce volume. Very good. Item #1056
